» Issues

Dexter determined they could optimize their magnetic technology and capability to generate new opportunities for them in the medical market. FutureLook was engaged to create literature. Our challenge was to work to gather information for the key messages and benefits Dexter could offer the medical research and development market. They wanted to seize the opportunity to enter the market by offering technology for increasingly important applications throughout the life sciences.

» Solutions

  • Conduct a preliminary study to determine the needs of the market.
  • Create literature to enable the client to present a complete package to customer prospects around the world and determine the most comprehensive way to present the Dexter advantage to a wide range of decision-makers.
  • Review competitive literature to determine how to differentiate Dexter and gain them recognition among the wide range of companies vying for attention in the medical field.
  • Develop technical data sheets to educate researchers on the benefits of magnetic bead separation technology.
  • Develop a direct mail/electronic program to rapidly transfer product and technical updates, new product introductions and specifications to the media.
  • Develop a data-driven dynamic e-commerce solution that allows web users to purchase LifeSep products online and allows Dexter to update the content of the site with an easy-to-use front end.
  • Create tradeshow panels that isolate the various biomagnetic markets using high-technology medical images to attract the attention of visitors at conferences.
