FSSG sells and services new and refurbished banking equipment such as money sorters, encoders and automatic teller machines. The client was utilizing several different styles of literature and felt the inconsistency in their message was leading to ineffectiveness. The client needed to set themselves apart from their competition. The client offered extensive and customized service agreements and held a strong reputation for quick response time when service was needed.

» Solutions

  • Concept a theme that would give FSSG the edge over their competition and get recognition from their potential customers. A field of daisies was chosen as a graphic background because doing business with FSSG was viewed as a refreshing difference.
  • Develop a tagline that would tell the FSSG story and tie in with the theme - "FSSG. A breath of fresh air."
  • Design a brochure, folder and tradeshow booth utilizing the theme in a colorful, attractive and eye-catching way.
  • Update communications copy. Position FSSG as a company that would enable their customers' peace of mind.
  • Recommend having a related give-away item to attract attention at the tradeshow.
  • Develop a PowerPoint presentation for potential clients that carried the theme forward.

» Results

The materials, booth design and give-away item resulted in FSSG being the busiest booth at the tradeshow. The client received numerous new sales leads. Their booth design was truly a breath of fresh air among other, more traditional booth designs. It drew show-goers to request their literature at a much higher rate than previous shows FSSG had attended.
