» Issues

The client was experiencing success in the regional employment placement market. Their identity, however, lacked potential as a distinctive brand due to other businesses utilizing the same name, Premier. The client needed to communicate a benefit message to company clients and employees, as well as an updated business identity.

The organization is bright, vital, confident and displays a "no fear" attitude in making decisions. Their vibrancy needed to be clearly communicated to a variety of audiences.

» Solutions

  • Design a logo for their new name, cadre. Illustrate the definition of the name.
  • Incorporate the former name, Premier, as part of their new identity - cadre, the premier staffing service.
  • Update communications literature. Position cadre as an organization with energy.
  • Launch the new name in print media to generate excitement about their new brand.
  • Present recommendations for gift delivery to cadre's key client base related to the ad theme.
  • Develop signage for office.
  • Design tradeshow booth, integrating art from ad and literature.
  • Recommend jewelry designed with the cadre logo to solidify the name and as a means to generate pride among the staff and show appreciation to clients.

» Results

The new identity is being introduced into all communications. The announcement ad and new literature generated new business and re-energized their existing client base. The concurrent gift deliveries achieved a triple goal: Reinforcing cadre's new image, retaining clients through a feeling of appreciation and upgrading cadre's identity in offices outside their own. The tradeshow booth fostered a high-traffic pattern and multiple new contacts.
